ELTEN sizing runs LARGER than the average sneaker or local work boot brand.
The general rule of thumb: If you haven't ordered with us or any other Made-In-Germany brands before, we recommend ordering 1 size down from your standard AU size.

It was designed as a runner type work shoe for people that need to walk long distances at work everyday.
Generally, we recommend the Sloan Boa work shoes for transport and warehousing type work.
That includes work areas that require a lightweight, comfortable steel cap toe boot that does not need outer toe cap protection (eg. scuff or bump cap).
The Elten Sloan Boa steel cap shoe is a lightweight safety shoe including a Wellmaxx (made by BASF) shock absorbing insole which provides superb arch and heel support for your feet.
Yes. The Sloan lightweight steel cap shoe is available in small sizes which generally allows a great fit for small and narrow feet as well.

In general, this boot is a standard / snug fit. We would not recommend this for people requiring extra large 4E fit. Please find wide-fit work boots HERE
In order to increase the water resistance of your work boots regularly apply SK Waterproof Agent or any other quality water protection spray for synthetic upper.
