Warranty

At Stitchkraft, we stand by our customers and back the ELTEN products with an industry-leading 12-month warranty. This way, you can be assured that in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, the issue will be resolved in a timely manner. If you receive your ELTEN Safety Footwear and immediately notice a manufacturing fault, please contact us at warranty@stitchkraft.co or 03 6161 3933.

Goods are deemed faulty if you receive them in damaged condition or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. Items that are damaged by you, or as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Nor is the determination that the shoes are not the right fit after having been worn.

Claims approved under this warranty will be repaired or replaced. Where required, you are responsible for any postage fees associated with the return of your safety footwear to our Head Office in order for our team to assess the situation further.

Stitchkraft does not take responsibility for damage where our safety footwear is not used in a fit-for-purpose manner. We highly recommend referring to the Technical Data Sheet on each product page of our website to ensure that the safety footwear selection made is suitable to your work 'Areas of Application'. When in doubt, contact our friendly Customer Service Team for advice.
